We need someone to look after narrative and production of our shows.

What You'll Do:

- script & structure narratives for podcasts, balancing multiple episode production at the same time

- responsible for full production cycle from creative & research to scheduling, mastering & distribution

- lead on post-production editorial alongside technical editors,

- curation & overseeing production of video, images and copy for social, marketing and promotion

- maintain strong working relationships with our creators, editors, advertisers and extended family

- work with sponsorship team to integrate advertiser messaging

- work both independently and collaboratively, depending on the task

- participate in other OneFinePlay projects as interested / needed and as the business grows

Skills You'll Bring:
- 2+ years producing content editorial, ideally in audio

- a passion for storytelling and a natural flair for crafting a narrative arc

- enthusiasm for a high-intensity daily production schedule

- ideally be an active user (and, ideally, creator) on social media - Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok

- working knowledge of the podcast production & marketing process

- be sympathetic to / experience of working in a progressive startup or scale-up business environment

- be an avid podcast consumer with an inherent knowledge of what works in the format

- experience with Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & InDesign preferred

- you’re goals driven, an excellent communicator and you execute without micromanagement
